The Position
* Manage a residential portfolio which will max out at 120 with support as per below;
* Full Routine Inspection support
* 2 x shared hands-on Assistants for Final bonds and Administration
* PCRS outsourced
* No trust accounting
Skills & Experience
* Previous Property Management experience is essential
* WA Property Management Certificate
* Initiative and a passion for the industry
* A can-do attitude to deliver 5-star customer service
* Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
