Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer. This full-time position involves working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

The ideal candidate has experience in HR or recruitment and is interested in developing their skills in these areas. The role includes:

* Adding new employee details to the system and monitoring onboarding progress.
* Managing the diary and inbox of the Talent Manager.
* Assisting with coordinating recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing correspondence.
* Scheduling learning and development training sessions and updating the training calendar.
* Coordinating administration processes for employee reviews, visa applications, and other requirements.
