Join the small team at Boronia Pre-release Centre for Women, in the capacity of Administration Officer, a varied role, where amongst other responsibilities, you will get to provide administrative support to the Management team, employees, as well as assist clients and visitors.

About The Role
The role of the Administration Assistant is to provide a professional and high standard of administrative and secretarial support to the Centre's senior management team and staff. The position is required to undertake administrative duties such as preparing a range of documentation that includes preparation of meeting agendas and minutes for distribution to relevant stakeholders, undertakes accurate data-entry, and ensures the security of confidential documents. The Administration Assistant will work collaboratively with both internal and external clients to coordinate the bookings of the Centre's meeting and program rooms and will be responsible for procurement associated with the role.
The panel will look favourably upon a candidate who has a dynamic approach, is resourceful and a team player.
Eligibility
To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.

Pool Recruitment
