We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support delivery of a high-profile Digital Research Infrastructure (DRI) program within a complex university environment.
This role is critical to ensuring funded initiatives are effectively planned, governed, and delivered to agreed outcomes. You'll lead end-to-end delivery of ITS foundation projects across cloud, compute, infrastructure, and applications, working closely with research and innovation stakeholders to translate research needs into clearly defined, deliverable initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, cloud, and application projects
* Own project scoping, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, and execution
* Manage financial planning, forecasting, and reporting with discipline and transparency
* Engage and manage vendors, dependencies, and delivery partners
* Work closely with research stakeholders to support needs across compute, cloud platforms, application hosting, and infrastructure migration
* Ensure strong governance, risk management, and delivery assurance across funded initiatives

* Proven experience delivering infrastructure, cloud, and application projects in complex environments
* Strong core project management fundamentals, including financial management and reporting
* Confidence managing vendors, budgets, timelines, and multiple dependencies
* Ability to translate technical and research requirements into structured delivery plans
