Your new role
As an ICT Labour Hire Procurement Officer, you will support stakeholders and lead procurement activities across the labour hire lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
* Validating business needs and gathering market intelligence.
* Assessing procurement risks and informing sourcing decisions.
* Conducting procurement activities in line with established policies.
* Preparing and reviewing RFQs, tender documents and contract variations.
* Maintaining contractor records and monitoring supplier performance.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in end‑to‑end procurement, ideally in ICT or labour hire.
* Strong understanding of government procurement frameworks.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
* Strong analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
