Key Responsibilities
* Provide structured AOD counselling and case management services using a tailored approach.
* Assess, screen, treat, and counsel individuals, families, and others impacted by substance use.
* Offer post-treatment support, including relapse prevention and recovery-focused transition planning.
* Ensure flexible service delivery options, including face-to-face, home visits, and video conferencing.
* Maintain accurate, confidential client records in accordance with organizational requirements.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
* Experience in alcohol and drug services and knowledge of available community treatment options.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
* Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
* Current Driver's Licence
* National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
* Working with Children Check
* First Aid Certificate
