Job Opportunity: Support Worker at Ark

We are currently recruiting for full-time Support Worker positions at our St Andrews service!
Our service supports 20 individuals in their own flats, providing a community-oriented environment within a single building—eliminating travel between sites and ensuring peer support among staff.
Located just a 5-minute walk from St Andrews bus station, our service is accessible via regular buses to Fife, Dundee, and surrounding areas.
No prior experience is necessary as full training is provided. This role offers opportunities to develop diverse skills in supporting individuals with various needs. We also offer flexible shift patterns, and a driving license is not required.

Your main duties will include:
1. Supporting vulnerable individuals as part of a dedicated team.
2. Building positive relationships and providing personalized care.
3. Supporting individuals during activities, offering encouragement and feedback.
4. Maintaining accurate records using a tablet and the Arks Information Management system.
