**About the Role**:
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Providing day to day leadership and managing teams of compliance officers.
- Managing operational activities in line with KPIs, ensuring timely response to critical matters.
- Supervising and supporting team coordinators.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of risk profiles, compliance policies, operational and quality processes and escalation models.
- Managing the validation, monitoring and reporting on work output, impact and quality against established standards.
- Providing operational advice on responses to non-routine matters.
