About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and engaging Casual Medical Receptionist to join our Adelaide Hills Medical Clinic Stirling. We are a family practice and the GPs here at the clinic pride themselves on the quality care they provide.
The role is perfect for someone who has a 'can-do' attitude and enjoys a multifaceted position. We are looking for somebody with flexible availability to help cover hours at our busy clinic.
Adelaide Hills Medical Clinic Stirling is part of the Better Medical group with 60+ clinics across SA, TAS, VIC, and QLD. Opportunities will be available to also work Casually across nearby clinics, for those interested.
Daily tasks and responsibilities will include:
* Excellent customer service – you will be the first point of contact for our patients, in person and on the phone.
* Maintaining confidentiality while managing patient records.
* Processing payments, Medicare and third-party claims and reconciliations
* Effective management of patient appointment types
* General administration and daily office duties
* Duties as required by Doctors and the Practice Manager
