Offer description

Lead a team making a real difference in the lives of women, children, and families affected by family and domestic violence.

About Us

Hope Community Services has been working alongside Western Australian communities for over 120 years, helping people build safer, healthier, and more connected lives. We deliver a wide range of services across regional and metropolitan WA, including family and domestic violence, alcohol and other drugs, mental health, and youth justice.

In partnership with Yorgum Healing Services and other specialist organisations, HOPE is leading the establishment of the Armadale Family and Domestic Violence Hub, a new, integrated service supporting victim-survivors, families, and people using violence.

About the Role

As the FDV Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Armadale Family and Domestic Violence Hub, overseeing a multi-agency, multidisciplinary team delivering trauma-informed, culturally safe, and person-centred support.

You'll ensure that services are responsive, effective, and aligned with the WA Family and Domestic Violence Common Risk Assessment and Risk Management Framework (CRARMF).

Your leadership will help create a cohesive Hub culture across multiple partner organisations, where women and children feel safe, heard, and supported and where men's healing programs can create pathways for change.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading and supporting a diverse, culturally competent team
* Coordinating Hub operations and outreach services
* Overseeing data quality, compliance, and reporting requirements
* Building strong relationships with alliance partners and key stakeholders
* Ensuring high-quality, client-centred, and culturally safe service delivery

What's on Offer

* Full-time, permanent role based in Armadale
* $119, superannuation + salary packaging
* Generous salary packaging benefits to boost your take-home pay
* Supportive, values-driven team culture
* Ongoing professional development and leadership opportunities
* The opportunity to shape a groundbreaking, collaborative FDV service model
* The healing centre is a beautifully fitted-out, newly established space featuring a welcoming kitchen and shared facilities, peaceful breakout rooms, and a calm, healing atmosphere designed to support both staff and clients

You'll Need

* Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Services
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Demonstrated experience in family and domestic violence or related community services
* Cultural competency and commitment to working respectfully with Aboriginal families and communities
* Experience building partnerships and networks across agencies
* Knowledge of the FDV Common Risk Assessment and Risk Management Framework (CRARMF) (desirable)
* Current Driver's Licence, Working with Children Check, and National Police Clearance

Next Steps

If you're ready to lead a passionate, culturally diverse team making a real impact in the community, we'd love to hear from you.

We Strongly Encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Applicants

As this role will work closely with Aboriginal families and partner organisations, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply.
