Job Summary:
Planning and Scheduling Manager – Sydney, NSW.
Responsibilities
* Creating, maintaining project plans, reports, charts, schedules, databases and records to provide up‐to‐date and accurate information for decision making.
* Providing analysis, including risk, spreadsheets, resources and curves, and monitoring of project programs.
* Maintaining and updating the Project Master Schedule and other site schedules to identify opportunities at all levels.
* Reporting on program status to key stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Performing planning activities, including research and document preparation, to support established planning guidelines.
Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in the construction industry with experience on building or construction projects (commercial, residential, healthcare, Government).
* Experience in project planning, scheduling, project controls and program benchmarking.
* Advanced Primavera P6 skills.
* Ability to graphically represent program methodology and present and communicate the program to internal and external stakeholders.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications.
* High level of interpersonal, communication and people skills.
* High attention to detail, excellent organisational and time‐management skills with problem‐solving ability.
