The following tasks are essential:
* Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a designated territory and customer base, helping us build positive customer experiences
* We utilize the latest field-based mobile technology to assist you in managing your daily work schedule
* Inventory input on your assigned service van & customer sites - Delivering professional level service
* Gaining experience in dealing with Australia's top-tiered customer base
* You will join the leading forklift service business in Australia, as we are the largest forklift service provider in the country.
* An initial 8-week onboarding program and industry-leading training are provided
* Perform routine maintenance and complete service work - Reactive & Planned
* Accurately maintaining important service records of work performed

Crown Technician Tasks and Duties:
* Conduct customer-focused scheduled and 'breakdown' services.
* Assist in preparing field-based quotes for customers through job completion.
* Record notes and file service records appropriately, providing high-level customer service to help customers solve their material handling needs.
* Access to industry-leading training and development, along with grade progression opportunities, including the possibility of training less experienced technicians in complex aspects of service and repair work.
* Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies in automation and telematics.
* Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and services.
* Partner with the Company to maximize additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base.

* Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential
* Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
