You will also need to be outcome-focused, target-driven, and able to work autonomously to find solutions that benefit both the business and the customer.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a contact centre, retail, or other customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on resolving complaints and assisting customers. They will also possess knowledge in credit management, including collection techniques such as negotiation skills.
