Role Requirements
The opportunity has become available for a Administration officer 3 days per week to cover a maternity leave position from October 2025 through to approximately April 2026.
Role Requirements
The successful candidate will need:
* A current and valid Working with Children Check - can be applied for if you don't currently have one
* Excellent communication and computer skills in all Microsoft Office systems
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a systematic manner and work autonomously
* Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking
* Experience with Kidsoft or a CCS program would be an advantage
* Ability to prioritise and manage a busy, fast-paced environment with a smile and positive attitude.
Key Role Responsibilities
The role will involve reception duties, overseeing all admin functions and assisting with operations where required.
* Managing all enquires through the CRM, phone queries, and entering new parent enrolments as well as responding to social media requests.
* Managing centre wait lists through CRM and maintaining accurate and up to date class and waiting lists.
* Account management regarding Direct Debit and fee payments
* Answering the phone and attending to parent queries as required
* Booking in families for centre tours
* Filing of documentation
* Provide support to Campus Manager and the team where required.
