Job Title: Leisure and Wellness Coordinator
Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Leisure and Wellness Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering leisure and lifestyle activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
Your primary focus will be on creating a safe and engaging environment that promotes social interaction, physical activity, and mental stimulation. You will work closely with our care staff to develop and implement programs that meet the unique needs of each resident.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent qualifications is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement leisure and lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of residents
* Work closely with care staff to ensure that programs meet the unique needs of each resident
* Ensure a safe and engaging environment that promotes social interaction, physical activity, and mental stimulation
* Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for program development and improvement
