Key Requirements:
* A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or currently studying towards this qualification.
* A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to develop and implement engaging educational programs.
* Experience in a similar role within an education and care setting, with a proven track record of delivering quality educational programs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Current approved First Aid, Emergency Asthma Management, and Anaphylaxis Management training.
* An understanding of the Child Safe Standards and commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.
