Purpose of the Role
The Sales Executive supports the Business Development Director in developing new business opportunities and delivering customer requirements while maintaining our quality service standard.
Responsibilities
* Support the Sales team with the negotiation and closing of sales opportunities.
* Meet and exceed agreed sales targets set by the Business Development Director and Divisional Managing Director.
* Develop the skills required to manage own sales opportunities by sourcing development opportunities and undertaking all available opportunities.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with existing, new and potential clients, operational managers, and support functions.
* Consider innovative means to develop new sources of profitable business and discuss feasibility with the Sales team.
* Develop and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations in line with Company standards, using specialist support functions such as procurement, HR and QHS.
* Represent CBRE GWS at industry and networking events, promoting professionalism at all times.
* Keep up‐to‐date with industry developments, competitor activity and market trends.
* Work closely with the Sales team to meet agreed sales targets, keeping the team fully updated on all activity and preparing weekly data required by the Sales Director.
* Maintain records and relevant contract documentation to support tenders and re‐bids for the Business.
* Deal promptly and professionally with all pre‐qualifications.
