**The exciting opportunity**:
- Full operational responsibility of a 150+ bed facility in the Rockingham / Mandurah area
- Hold full profit and loss responsibility; driving funding, managing costs and maximising resources to achieve financial targets
- Manage and mentor a team, maintaining a culture where staff are committed to best practice, person centred care
- Lead the facility to maintain compliance with governing legislation, with assistance from an extensive and supportive head office team
- Implement and support quality improvement activities so residents and their families' expectations are not just met, but exceeded
- Develop and foster positive relationships with residents, families, external stakeholders and the greater community, maintaining the facility's reputation for delivering exceptional customer service
