About the Role

The Enterprise & Field Marketing organization within ServiceNowis responsible fordriving revenue growth, adoption, and customer success across all our direct and indirect sales channels.

We are a high performingANZteamwithin the APACregion,andlooking for a highly organised, goal-oriented, self-directed professional to be an active player in ourANZFieldMarketing team. You will interact directly with key business leadersin ANZand marketing teams across theAPACto drive and deliver campaign strategies across the customer's lifecycle, from awareness and education to acquisition, progression, applicationuseand value realisation.

You will play a key role inanalysingour target accounts foropportunity,andtargeting buying groups within the account to deliver business impact.You'llbe responsible fordriving the programand campaigndelivery,influencingand collaborating withAPAC, Global teamsto activate and deliver business growth.

You willhave anunderstanding ofgo-to-market (GTM) sales strategies,leveragingand curatingGTM motions on solutions, industry, partner marketing, new customeracquisitionand customer success to achieve results.You'rea savvyfieldmarketingmanager, which experience in Public Sector GTM program. asolidfoundation in the Australian and New Zealand marketswho can conceptualise,executeand manage insight-driven optimizations and executive-level reporting across a diverse and matrixed organization.

Crucial to your success is having a good foundation in SaaS and enterprise technology,Australian and NZ public sector knowledge.expertiseusing Claude and CoPilot and curiosity to innovate and explore new ways to useAI, excellentexperience in campaign deliveryacross channels,relationship management skills, team collaboration,adaptabilityandexpertisein enterprise technology marketing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Curate and lead field marketing programscollaborating closely with allANZSales,Partnerand Business Developmentto gather insights,deliver campaignsand align plans, create contentto accelerate business growth.
* Develop a data-informed strategy on audience segmentation and opportunity, prioritisationof marketing channels and tactics to conceptualize programs that willdeliver impact across the account customer lifecycle
* Lead through influenceto ensure delivery and execution at scale ofcampaigns andprograms acrossANZFieldmarketing and business teams that result in measurablegrowth in business goals and revenue. Set best practices in narratives,engagementand high-performance campaigns.
* Leverage all direct and indirectchannelsandthe power of AIto land new business and drive up-sell, cross-sell and adoption marketing campaigns across customer buying groups and activate the ecosystem for new business acquisition.
* Develop and test newcampaignscenarios to drive optimisations and efficiencies against investments.
* Bring deep domain knowledge of Australian and New Zealand government stakeholder dynamics, including the nuances of federal, stateentities
* Prepare and input into forecasts, pipelinereportsand meetings,monitoringkey business metrics,qualityand audience insights
* Understand buying groups dynamics and use this intelligence in your programming to improve results
* Continually look at ongoing innovations and best practices to elevate the program, experience, and results.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

* Experience in leveragingor critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analysing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
* 8+ years of marketing experience in a B2B enterprise technology environment directly supporting sales teams in field marketing,account basedmarketing,orcampaign management. Proventrack recordof delivering business impact across the account lifecycle.An understandingof the diverse business, cultural and media landscapes acrossANZwith proven experience in adapting marketing strategies for localisation.
* Experience in managing budgets and vendors to deliver effective marketingcampaignsat scale.
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders across concurrent campaigns.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to influence and align diverse, senior stakeholders across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
* Be digitally savvy with a demonstrated understanding of the role of digital across integrated campaigns.
