* Job Description: Reporting to the Northern Regional Sales Manager, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing key agronomy and grower relationships in the Riverina. This role involves growing the agronomy partner channel, introducing the company's value proposition to the local market, and supporting adoption of precision soil services.

* Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Client-facing experience in Australian broadacre or irrigated cropping systems
2. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
3. A commercial mindset, with the ability to position services based on value
4. Technical understanding of soil/crop constraints
5. Confidence working autonomously and driving market growth
6. Relevant qualifications or industry experience
