The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Lorna Jane – South Wharf DFO. You'll be called an Active Stylist, connecting with customers and helping them feel their best every day.
What You'll Do
- Deliver personalised customer experiences that leave each person feeling confident and empowered, using product knowledge and styling expertise to guide customers through our Activewear collections.
- Achieve retail sales performance, hit KPIs and sales targets, and support teammates to do their best work.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, assist with stock management and replenishment, and help maintain the store to brand standards.
- Provide consultative, genuine upselling while caring for the customer's needs.

About You
- People‐person with energy, warmth and a drive to deliver beyond the clock.
- Retail sales or face‐to‐face customer service experience; passion for fashion, fitness and active lifestyle.
- Results‐driven, loves connecting with diverse customers, and values team support.
- Flexible availability across weekends and peak periods; prior fashion, activewear, sportswear or lifestyle retail experience is highly regarded.
