Job Description
Join our dynamic team in Cannington, Australia, as a Personal Banker and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and financial solutions. In this role, you will represent our organization by building trusted relationships with local customers and actively contributing to the growth of the community.
* Provide a personalized banking experience to new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively
* Proactively identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate banking solutions, offering tailored recommendations
* Manage customer inquiries, transactions, and account maintenance with professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach
* Collaborate with specialists across the organization to offer comprehensive financial solutions that meet diverse customer requirements
* Foster a positive and supportive team environment through effective communication, collaboration, and a commitment to shared success

Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build lasting customer relationships and effectively convey complex information
* Problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
* Proficiency in banking products, services, and industry regulations, with a commitment to staying current with changes
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced customer service environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
* Passion for serving the local community and contributing to its growth through exceptional service
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Banking or financial services experience is preferred but not essential

What does our recruitment process look like?
