Mission & Vision: A Sustainable Future, A Better World Core Value: Truth-seeking & practical, hardworking & enterprising, collaborative & innovative Culture: Achiever, Problem-Solving, Benchmarking, Compliance Key Responsibilities: Regional Sales & Network Strategy Execution Execute national sales and dealer network strategies within the region, adapting to local market dynamics to maximise performance Drive alignment between sales objectives and network capability to support sustainable growth Dealer Network Development & Lifecycle Management Develop, grow, and optimise the dealer network, including dealer identification, appointment, onboarding, performance management, and termination Manage all dealer lifecycle activities, including start-ups, relocations, upgrades, and exits in line with company policies and legal requirements Ensure structured and compliant dealer management processes, documentation, and communications Sales Performance & Commercial Management Drive retail sales performance by setting KPIs, monitoring results, and implementing corrective action plans Develop and manage annual dealer business plans aligned with regional and national targets Monitor dealer financial and operational performance, including sales, profitability, and efficiency Support vehicle ordering, stock mix, and inventory management, ensuring alignment with demand and sales targets Manage aged stock, stock turn, and wholesale vs retail performance to optimise commercial outcomes Forecasting, Planning & Tactical Execution Support regional sales forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with internal teams and dealers Drive execution of sales campaigns, incentives, and tactical programs at dealer level to achieve targets Dealer Relationship & Capability Development Build strong, trusted relationships with dealer partners, acting as a key advisor and point of contact Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing support to improve dealer sales capability and operational performance Deliver training on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer engagement to foster a high-performance culture Network Standards, CI & Compliance Implement and enforce Geely CI standards (facility and operational) across the dealer network through regular audits Lead the development and continuous improvement of dealer quality and performance standards Ensure dealer compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and reporting requirements Performance Reporting & Market Analysis Establish and maintain dealer reporting frameworks, ensuring data accuracy and consistency Analyse sales data, financial performance, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks Provide regular performance insights and reporting to GAA Management and dealer partners Marketing, Customer Experience & Aftersales Collaboration Collaborate with Marketing to ensure regional campaigns align with brand positioning and sales objectives Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction (CSI) and overall customer experience Work closely with Aftersales teams to ensure service capability, customer retention, and end-to-end customer outcomes Cross-functional Collaboration & Projects Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure aligned execution Contribute to strategic initiatives and business projects supporting GAA’s growth Undertake additional duties or contribute to projects related to the Company’s business operations, including providing leadership or support as reasonably required and consistent with the responsibilities of the role. Qualifications 5–10 years’ experience in automotive OEM, importer, or dealer group environment Proven experience across both sales management and dealer/network management Experience in regional or multi-functional roles with end-to-end accountability is highly regarded Strong understanding of automotive retail operations, including sales, financials, and performance drivers Demonstrated capability across the full dealer lifecycle (appointment, development, performance management, exit) Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales data, financial reports, and market insights Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across dealers and internal teams Highly structured, results-driven, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel within WA & SA Full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorship available)
