Responsibilities
* Processing clinical bookings and customer orders accurately in NetSuite
* Updating calendars, confirming orders and maintaining booking accuracy
* Liaising with hospitals, surgeons, agents and internal teams
* Coordinating urgent and same-day shipments with dispatch or couriers
* Maintaining records, forms and audit-ready documentation
* Handling enquiries, resolving issues and escalating discrepancies
Qualifications
* 1–3 years' experience in order management, customer service or operations support.
* Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in healthcare, medical devices or a technical product environment preferred.
* NetSuite or ERP experience, with solid product and process understanding.
