The Imrest Stock Manager is a pivotal position within our organization responsible for overseeing the effective management of imprest systems across facilities in Perth.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct site visits to perform imprest services at multiple residential sites located in Western Australia, ensuring seamless delivery of stock and inventory levels.
* Maintain precise inventory levels for each imprest stockroom located within these facilities, guaranteeing adequate supplies at all times.
* Replenish imprest stock as required, adhering to established protocols for efficient stock rotation, expiry date checks, monitoring, and general housekeeping practices.
* Liaise with residential managers and clinicians to discuss the imprest system and manage any necessary change requests or updates, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to clients across various touchpoints, upholding high standards of professionalism and responsiveness.
