Job Description
development, management and optimisation of our product portfolio. This role will play a key part in delivering innovative financial products and programs that support our volume, mix and profitability objectives while enhancing customer and dealer experiences.
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of new and existing products and programs, including pricing, performance monitoring, and continuous enhancement. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, dealer networks, and business partners to ensure our products remain competitive and aligned with market needs.
You will also play an important role in identifying new opportunities, conducting market research and feasibility studies, and driving strategic initiatives that support business growth across captive and non-captive markets.
What you'll do
* Manage and optimise the product portfolio including product development, pricing, lifecycle management and enhancement
* Identify and develop new product opportunities across captive finance, non-captive and used vehicle markets
* Conduct market research, analysis and benchmarking to support business growth and strategic decision-making
* Develop product management plans including profitability analysis, risk assessment and reporting
* Work closely with sales, marketing and dealer networks to support product performance and market engagement
* Deliver product training for internal teams and dealer partners
* Manage relationships with suppliers, partners and key stakeholders to drive successful product delivery
* Ensure all product offerings comply with legal, regulatory and risk requirements
What you'll bring
* Experience in motor finance or financial services, ideally within a captive organisation
* Background in product management, business development, marketing or sales
* Strong commercial, strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into business outcomes
* Experience managing multiple projects and driving initiatives from concept to implementation
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders and dealer networks
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or a related field (desirable)
