We are looking for an experienced Surgical Nurse to join our 39-bed general surgical ward, covering a range of specialties including orthopaedics, urology, bariatric, gynaecology, and plastics. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in shaping high-quality patient care while also mentoring junior nurses and contributing to a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver evidence-based care for post-op surgical patients
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
* Maintain patient and staff safety across all aspects of care
* Support junior nurses in their clinical development
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* 1+ years experience as a surgical Registered Nurse
* Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to quality patient care and national safety standards
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
