We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to take ownership of the kitchen and all BOH operations at our Kiama store. The Head Chef is key to establishing and delivering a high standard and consistent quality of all menu items and kitchen operations.
This Role Offers the Opportunity to:
* Develop and lead a strong and passionate team of chefs, executing a high‐quality, innovative menu.
* Work closely with the Kitchen Manager & Directors to develop seasonal updates to the menu and refine techniques, recipes, and execution.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Developing and leading a strong kitchen team to consistently deliver high‐quality food.
* Leading the team to execute a modern and innovative lunch and dinner menu, including functions and catering menus.
* Managing the cost of goods and wage targets.
* Rostering and shift management.
* Stock management including ordering, rotation, and wastage control.
* Identifying industry trends and delivering seasonal menu updates and refinements.
