Warren Electrical Service is a well-established local business servicing Manjimup and surrounding areas. We are seeking a capable, confident, and highly organised Job Coordinator / Scheduler / Administrator to take ownership of our daily job flow and customer coordination.
This is a key operational role suited to someone with previous office, scheduling or customer service experience who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and working independently within a supportive team.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of office administration, scheduling or customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing incoming phone enquiries and professionally assisting customers
* Taking detailed job information and accurately scheduling works
* Proactively managing daily schedules and adjusting for emergencies, staff leave and changing priorities
* Issuing deposit invoices, processing payments and reconciling accounts
* Receiving goods and raising purchase orders
* Invoicing completed jobs and following up overdue accounts
* Liaising with tradesmen to ensure paperwork is complete and accurate
* Handling customer enquiries and complaints calmly and professionally

About You
* Previous experience in office administration, scheduling, customer service or similar roles
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong time management and organisational ability
* Confident working autonomously and managing competing priorities
* Calm, professional manner when dealing with customers and sensitive situations
* Strong computer skills and experience with invoicing or business systems
* Experience with invoicing software systems is required to manage billing and financial processes effectively
* Experience in a trade-based business highly regarded
* Previous experience in electrical or trade-based businesses would be advantageous but not essential
* Candidates must have Australian work rights
* Experience with scheduling software or systems is preferred but not essential
