As our Injury Services Manager – Risk States, you'll play a key leadership role in strengthening how we support injured employees and manage workers compensation outcomes across WA, ACT, NT and Tasmania. Working closely with the National Injury Services Manager and a network of site leaders, you'll guide injury management strategies that support recovery and improve outcomes for our people. You'll lead a dedicated team of Injury Management Advisors while partnering with insurers and internal stakeholders to optimise claims performance and program compliance. Your work will directly influence safer workplaces and better recovery journeys for our colleagues.
As an Injury Services Manager – Risk States in the ASPAC HSE team, you'll make a positive impact by:
Leading workers compensation programs across Serco's Risk States
Managing insurer relationships and coordinating regular claims reviews
Guiding and coaching Injury Management Advisors across multiple regions
Driving injury management strategies to support recovery and return to work
Monitoring program performance, trends and improvement opportunities
Delivering governance, assurance and injury services improvement projects

Strong experience in injury management or workers compensation leadership
Knowledge of workers compensation legislation in WA, ACT, NT or Tasmania
Proven ability to lead, mentor and support high-performing teams
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders

A relevant qualification in a health or rehabilitation-related discipline (desirable)
