Job Title: Construction Sector Leader
As a key member of the SafeWork NSW Construction Directorate, the Construction Sector Leader will play a critical role in promoting and influencing the implementation of organisational direction and programs to external stakeholders.
This includes managing resources to deliver regulatory responses, services and programs. Leading and managing a team and supporting a high performing organisational culture is also a crucial aspect of this role.

* Identify and respond to emerging issues and risks, ensuring consistency with organisational values.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and agile leader with strong communication skills, able to promote and influence the implementation of organisational direction and programs to external stakeholders.

Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to deal with complex matters, including National and State cross agency jurisdictions and working groups.
* Ability to lead a business unit through innovative use of digital technologies.
* Ability to effectively manage functions and responsibilities of Inspectors.
* Represent SafeWork NSW through media channels when required.
