About the position
* Lead, coach and support Customer Service Officers in a fast‑paced contact centre environment to deliver high‑quality customer experiences across all service channels.
* The salary range for this position is $94,918.74 - $98,910.82 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.
* This is a permanent full‑time position based across multiple locations, including Toowoomba, Crows Nest and Highfields.

How to be successful in this position – Success Criteria
* Hold the mandatory qualification(s), training and/or experience, as outlined under the 'Success Criteria' in the Position Description (attached below).
* Demonstrated experience in a customer service or contact centre environment, including supporting or leading teams.
* Experience across multiple customer service channels will be highly regarded.
* Justice of the Peace (JP) or Commissioner for Declarations is desirable, but not mandatory.
* Understanding of and commitment to Council's Organisational Value and Behaviour of Teamwork.
