In order to ensure that residents' individual care plan requirements are met, you will also provide comprehensive guidance to nursing and care staff. The care you provide will have a lasting positive impact on our residents and their families.Role responsibilities:Monitor and assess residents throughout the night to ensure their safety and comfort.Respond promptly to medical concerns and provide emergency care if required.Administer medications and treatments as per care plans.Provide leadership and support to overnight care staff, ensuring smooth operations.Ensure accurate documentation of all care activities and resident updates.About you:You are a dedicated clinician who excels at communicating effectively across all levels, which enables you to implement the best nursing practices.
