We specialise in premium pool and spa chemicals and equipment and are a Maytronics Elite Dealer, Astral Platinum Dealer and BioGuard Distributor.

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and is eager to learn all aspects of the pool and spa industry.
This is primarily an in-store role, with responsibilities including:
* Water testing and analysis
* Ability to diagnose and repair Dolphin pool cleaners
* Greeting and serving customers
* Handling phone enquiries
* Providing solutions and problem-solving
* Selling and upselling pool and spa chemicals and equipment
* Booking pool technicians
* Processing invoices and following up tasks from completed jobs
* Preparing quotes
* General store cleaning and upkeep
* Stock management
* Manual handling (ability to lift up to 20kg required)
