WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
AsAssistant Showroom Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Showroom Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering a world-class bridal experience.
This is a full-time position best suited to a strong leader with proven experience in retail management.
You will be supporting a team of 14 and must bring a minimum of 2–3 years' experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager to be considered.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicatedFull-Time Assistant Showroom Manager:
Minimum 2–3 years' experienceas an Assistant Manager or Store Manager in a sales, fashion, bridal, or premium/luxury retail setting
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
Exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and communication skills
Confident, polished, and professional in communication and appearance
Ridiculously organised and efficient at using multiple systems with ease
Driven to exceed expectations and create magical moments
Adaptable, reliable, and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willing and able to commit to working aSunday–ThursdayORSaturday-Wednesdayroster
