We're seeking an experienced
Site Supervisor
to lead the delivery of large-scale subdivision and bulk earthworks projects. This is a hands-on leadership role with a respected contractor offering long-term stability, autonomy, and a strong pipeline of Work NOR.

About the Role

Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Manage daily operations to meet program, budget, and quality targets
* Oversee procurement and maintain accurate site documentation
* Ensure compliance with OH&S standards, including toolbox meetings
* Monitor progress and report regularly to senior management
* Support innovation in work methodologies and site execution
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience supervising earthworks and subdivision projects
Required Skills
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Ability to interpret drawings and construction programs
* Experience in bulk earthworks and underground services
* Safety-focused with solid compliance knowledge
* Flexible approach – willing to operate plant if required
* Excellent communication skills and a valid WA driver's licence
* Senior First Aid certification (advantageous)

Pay range and compensation package
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + Super + Vehicle
