About the Role:
An existing opportunity has become available for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our White-Collar team on a permanent basis. The role will be covering temporary, contract and permanent positions across various industry sectors including Mining/Resources, Civil/Construction, Transport/Logistics etc.
Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will be working closely within a small team to successful recruitment outcomes to our existing Client base. Joining our existing team, provided is a warm desk with active Clients and existing job orders. There will be a strong emphasis on Client and Candidate management with the new year focusing also on business development and new opportunities.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
* Managing, servicing, and developing new and existing Client relationships.
* Developing new business opportunities with prospective Clients.
* Managing Candidate relationships.
* Writing job adverts and managing incoming applicants.
* Screening, interviewing, and referencing candidates.
* Arranging interviews, contract negotiations and candidate start dates, including any required mobilisation documentation.
* Taking responsibility for candidate care, and ensuring regular contact is kept with our candidates.
* Working closely with leadership team to identify continuous improvement and develop relevant business for areas of growth across the company.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritising your workload on daily basis to meet clients needs.
* Representing Western Work Force at meetings with Clients and when networking.
* Understanding and working to Western Work Force company policies and procedures.
What we are looking for in you:
* Previous experience gained in the recruitment industry, ideally within the White Collar or Engineering discipline.
* Positive can-do attitude with excellent communications skills.
* Proactive approach with strong team ethic.
* Ability to lead a team and seeking long term employment opportunities.
* Strong commercial acumen with a natural sales ability.
* High attention to detail.
* Strong prioritising and organisational skills.
* Strong Microsoft Office experience - Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Previous experience with salesforce or similar CRM system.
