**People and Culture Manager**

**About the role**:
The People and Culture Manager holds a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of the School's personnel across all unique areas of the School. This role is responsible for functions related to the School's workforce and oversees all human resources functions including; recruitment, staff development and retention, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with workplace legislation and the EBA.
As the People and Culture Manager, reporting to the Director of Business and Operations you will provide comprehensive HR support across various employee groups. Experience working in a large organisation is essential, and prior experience within an educational environment is highly desirable.

**Key Requirements**:
- Experience in an HR role, preferably within the education sector or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Business, or a related field
- Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator certification
- Membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., AHRI) is advantageous
- Current Paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current CPR/First Aid Qualification
- Experience in developing and delivering staff training and professional development programs
- Prior experience with Blue Card Management (Working with Children Checks)
- Prior experience with HRIS and Payroll systems is desirable
- Prior experience with Visa (VEVO) compliance
- Willingness to have your name submitted to the Anglican Church's Professional Standards Register.
