Build Your Future with Southern Vale Homes: We're Hiring a Construction Site Supervisor
As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be based in Shepparton-Echuca area, be leading and over-seeing our stunning new project and custom residential builds as well as commercial projects.
This is a permanent full-time role that will require travelling to sites so you must have a valid driver's license.
In your new role you will:
* Report directly to the Construction Manager and lead a team of subcontractors on site
* Lead construction to meet schedule, budget and quality while delivering exceptional customer service
* Be responsible for the highest standards of safety and driving continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with the Construction Procedural Manual, complete required documentation and process claims and invoices
What we are looking for:
* Experienced Professional: Solid background as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, with a strong customer focus, excellent technical and communication skills
* Valid driver's license: (manual preferred)
* Problem Solver: Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to overcome obstacles maintaining project momentum, time-frames and drive continuous improvement
* Safety Savvy: Strong commitment to implementing safety procedures and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
* Certifications: Certificate 4 in Building Construction is advantageous
