What You'll Be Doing
You'll join a nationally collaborative Front-End Projects team advising on major construction and infrastructure mandates.
* Draft and negotiate construction and procurement documentation for major projects
* Advise on project financing, risk allocation and compliance matters
* Coordinate closings, manage stakeholder engagement and lead project workstreams
* Collaborate with corporate, real estate and finance teams on cross-practice matters
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' PQE in construction, infrastructure or projects law
* Strong drafting, negotiation & stakeholder‐management skills
* Proven ability to manage complex files under tight deadlines
* Commercial, client‐focused mindset and collaborative approach
