Key Responsibilities:
* HR Leadership: Provide expert advice and support to senior leaders and stakeholders on statutory obligations and governance.
* Industrial Relations: Offer expertise in employment laws and regulations, advising on high-risk IR matters.
* Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
* Employee Relations: Ensure sound workplace relations and drive a positive culture.
* Payroll: Manage end-to-end payroll process and ensure compliance.
As an HR Services Manager, you will be part of a team working towards creating economic, cultural, and environmental sustainability. You will collaborate with the broader Human Resources and Safety Program area to achieve this vision.
Credentials and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in human resource management or equivalent qualification/experience.
* Minimum 7 years' experience in HR generalist roles, with demonstrated experience in Enterprise Agreement negotiations and Fair Work Commission matters.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR management position with responsibility for multiple HR Service streams and leadership of multiple teams and individuals.
* Ability to obtain a National Criminal History Check.
