Experience Design Lead
We are seeking a skilled Experience Design Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading design engagements with clients, guiding them through ideation, discovery, and delivery with confidence and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead design engagements with clients to deliver human-centered outcomes
* Champion Design Thinking principles to develop personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
* Use research to uncover user needs and translate insights into intuitive solutions
* Facilitate workshops and collaborate across disciplines to ensure designs are buildable
* Apply responsible AI practices to elevate user experience
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as an Experience Designer with solid customer-facing experience
* Experience working in large, complex organizations
* Natural communication skills with ability to build trust with stakeholders
* Creative thinking and proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and Miro
