Day in the Life
On a day-to-day basis you will be an integral part of a close-knit multidisciplinary allied health team, supporting people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace. You will assess needs and provide effective solutions and strategies to ensure clients receive a safe return to work with their same employer or with a recent employer as part of their rehabilitation and recovery journey.
Qualifications
- Inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with diverse cultural groups
- Ability to engage with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) clients and stakeholders in their recovery and return-to-work journey
- Passion for empowering people to achieve their health and wellness goals
- Willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Driver’s Licence needed)
- Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
- Determination to provide a high level of customer service
- Current or ability to obtain Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
