The role of Assistant Store Manager requires an experienced retail leader to lead daily operations, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example and motivate team members, fostering a culture of growth and development
* Provide expert advice and ensure a positive experience for all customers
* Oversee stock levels, assist with inventory management, and collaborate with the store administration and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations
* Promote a safe working environment, championing OH&S standards and supporting a culture of safety and well-being
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of retail leadership experience in a big box or similar format
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Mentoring and developing others, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales and performance targets
* High attention to detail and a commitment to safety and service
