As Risk Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of developing and driving our risk management strategy - influencing decision-making, and helping build a stronger, more resilient Council.

About You
You're a proactive leader with:
Strong experience in risk management (local government experience is great, but not essential).
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.
Relevant qualifications or extensive experience in risk, governance, or emergency planning.

Salary and conditions
The position is classified within
Band 7
of Council's Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $104,988 to $117,480 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
