Job Description You'll be part of our Key Accounts Team for APAC and be part of a wider Global Sales team. The role is remote and whilst you can be based anywhere in Australia, we do have an office in Sydney that you can attend at any time. We place the customer at the heart of everything that we do and whilst we want you to be a great hunter we also need you to be able to nurture the existing clients too. We'll set you up for success by putting you through the Insights Discovery Accreditation to give you the knowledge you need to have credibility and confidence with clients. You'll focus on hunting for new clients across Australia as well managing existing accounts, developing customer relationships through providing legendary customer experience and thereby growing our existing portfolio of accounts in alignment to our Global Sales Strategy. What you’ll do to succeed Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts through building customer relationships by understanding their business needs and the value Insights can bring Qualify and develop new business opportunities using a variety of sales tools Attend trade shows, networking events and conferences to make new contacts and source new business Nurture clients to enable long-term relationships and enhance customer loyalty Plan and prioritise sales activities and towards achieving agreed business goals, maintaining contribution levels, margins and managing productivity output Manage pre and post workshop logistics, liaising closely with wider departments in the Delivery team, Client Services, Legal, Finance and IT Work collaboratively across teams globally with a knowledge of overall business strategy and goals Consistently providing a legendary customer experience thereby achieving revenue and contribution targets.
