What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll bring three critical strengths: Strong Communication – Whether you're sharing a design idea or contributing to a team discussion, you communicate with clarity and confidence. You’re eager to present your thinking and collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Foundational Product Knowledge – You’ve gained hands-on experience through studies, internships, or early career roles, and you’re keen to deepen your understanding of design systems, industry standards, and compliance. Any exposure to building products industry is a bonus, but not essential. Eye for Design & Manufacture – You have a sharp eye for detail and a growing understanding of how design translates into manufacture.
