Senior Site Quality Assurance Coordinator
Norco has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Quality Assurance Coordinator to join the team at our dairy manufacturing site at Labrador
The Senior Site Quality Assurance Coordinator is primarily responsible for implementing Norco's quality strategy at our Labrador site and ensuring that our products are safe, defect free and manufactured to specification. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the site's laboratory is operating efficiently and effectively and meets Norco and applicable external standards as well as overseeing internal and GMP audits and the hold and release program.
In this role, you will report to Norco's Quality Assurance Manager and will also work closely with the Norco Labrador site leadership team.

Selection Criteria:
We are looking for someone who has prior experience in food safety and can really influence the site safety processes through effective integration within the site team. You will have:
A Degree in Science (Food Science/Microbiology/Chemistry) or equivalent
Food Laboratory experience, dairy experience highly advantageous
Experience leading a team and coaching others
Strong understanding of GFSI, HACCP and GMP principles
Knowledge in factory hygiene and food microbiology
Demonstrated compliance to Quality / Safety standards, procedures and practices
Strong computer skills and experience
A safety-first mindset
Willingness to learn new skills and be adaptable
