Job Description
The Primary Health Care Operations Manager role integrates clinical operations, leadership support to Clinic/Program Coordinators, human resource management, quality assurance, workplace health and safety, and corporate identity. The manager collaborates closely with the Senior Medical Officer, Primary Health Care Practice Manager, and Primary Health Care Systems Manager to form the Primary Health Leadership Team.
This role prioritizes client comfort and welcomes everyone with respect and understanding, ensuring efficient, effective, and culturally appropriate health care services are delivered.
The manager is responsible for operational and administrative management of Wurli Clinics and associated programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor of Nursing/Diploma in ATSI Primary Health Care Practice
* AHPRA Registration (current)
* National Police Records Check and Working with Children's Clearance
* COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
You should also have:
* Minimum 10 years broad clinical experience
* Previous experience in a clinical leadership or operational/practice management role, with knowledge of Australian healthcare standards and legislative frameworks
