ABOUT THE POSITION
As Senior Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with the Project Manager while collaborating with site and project teams from design through to completion. This role involves liaising directly with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery while upholding the highest standards of quality and service.
DUTIES
* Manage project design and service coordination
* Oversee procurement, programming, and cost control
* Administer variations and contractual obligations
* Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Tertiary or trade qualification in a building-related discipline
* Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial projects
* Demonstrated career stability with previous employers
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
